Prices Include: UK Flights  | Transfers | Accommodation Chalet Isla, is located within the Persval building, in the heart of the old village of Val d'Isere, behind the church and just across the road from the Solaise nursery slopes.
The Persval building was designed and built as a small apartment block comprised of studios and apartments on three floors. However, within the building we operate three catered chalets; Isla, Ruby & Ameila.
Chalet Isla is made up of a combination of rooms on the first floor of the building. There are four bedrooms; one en-suite twin, one en-suite double plus a further twin bedroom and a bunk room that share a bathroom. There is a cosy lounge / dining room with an open plan kitchen and small balcony plus and additional bathroom and separate w.c.
You can ski or board virtually to the door and the nearest lifts and ski school meeting points are just across the road. Val d'Isere village centre with its shops and bars, is a two minute walk away. Catered chalet Isla has the perfect location for a wonderful skiing or snowboarding holiday.
Bedrooms can be described as functional but are of a good size, well equipped and are mostly en-suite. The Persval building has a wifi connection.
The convenience of this catered chalet for both the village facilities and the ski slopes makes it plus Ruby and Ameila (our two other Persval ski chalets) some of our most popular catered chalets in Val d'Isere.
We are able to cater for groups of up to 27 people using the dining facilities of the three chalets.
Skiing from the Chalet:
Supreamly easy access to both the skiing & boarding of Val d'Isere. Ski chalet Isla is just a 50 m walk from the Solaise nursery slopes, form where it is possible to ski to the major lifts that take you out of the Val d'Isere valley, ready to explore the whole of the 'Espace Killy'. At the end of the day it is possible to ski back to your starting point - 50 m from the chalet door. |

Bedrooms 6 & 7 share a common entrance hall, bathroom and separate w.c. and room 6 has a small kitchen.
Bedrooms 8 & 9 have a small kitchen area with fridge and a cabine area with single bed.

Catering: | ::back to top | | Breakfast is provided every morning and consists of tea, coffee, fruit juice, porridge, muesli, cereal, yoghurts, plus bread, jams and honey. In addition, there will ba a variety of cooked items offered each day, eg: fried egg and sausages, scrambled egg with croissants, with a full English breakfast offered on one day per week.
On the chalet staff day off breakfast is a D.I.Y. affair, with guests being given the opportunity to cook their own breakfast!
Afternoon tea is prepared and left out for you to help yourself after your skiing or snowboarding, and consists of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bread, jams, etc., plus a homemade cake or biscuits or scones.
Dinner served on 6 nights a week, normally served around eight o'clock, is a delicious three course meal plus cheese accompanied by good quality house red and white wine with coffee and tea to finish.
For those guests perhaps wanting to purchase another wine for a special occasion, we have a short wine list available.
Let us know in advance if there are vegetarians or individuals with specific food allergies, and we will make sure that the menus are devised with these requirements in mind. |
